Enlightened Leadership

This very potent six month Leadership Development Programme has been designed for organisations truly committed to the ongoing evolution of senior staff and influencers. Participants will be highly self-motivated and committed to their own growth and personal evolution. They will also understand the relevance of 'personal development' as part of their ongoing professional development process. Consider this a full time course with part time attendance.

The 10 full days in attendance during 'Enlightened Leadership' will provide an opportunity to explore, develop and deepen existing skills as well as exploiting the as yet under-expressed potentials in each individual.

All content will be targeted towards your organisation's core competency framework and stated values. Committed participants can expect to benefit significantly in the following areas:

During the course of the programme, all learning styles will be addressed and respected. Delivery style will be a mix of information, discussion, activity and experimentation. Participants will move at their own pace in the context of the material presented. We will seek to strengthen the strengths and the 'stretches' together. The programme culminates in a presentation from each participant as part of the graduation process in the presence of your organisation's Executive Team.

The intent is to further deepen the expression of the leadership potential in each person through raising awareness and strengthening courage to be bold in actions and truthful to self and others about results. All participants should have a greater sense of 'living their own integrity' from a clear sense of purpose and meaning than before they began the programme. Numbers are limited to 12 per programme (minimum x8).
