LEARNING CONTENT
This programme focuses on process and skill development. The methodology is principles based, highly practical and experiencial. Open to graduates of The Essence of Presenting or Essentially Speaking. Note: Experienced facilitators can apply for this programme without the prerequisite and will be considered on a case by case basis.
HOW DOES THE WORKSHOP WORK FOR YOU?
The nature of this workshop is highly experiencial. You will have the opportunity to learn about facilitation per se and also you as facilitator. By the end of the workshop you will be more aware of your own patterns of thinking and behaviour and how profoundly you influence others. Each participant will have an opportunity to ‘work the group’ on a facilitation related topic so your practise and session content are maximised. You will leave the course confident you have the skills to continue your own development as you support others in moving forward in theirs.
